CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged the full price of your service. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in the schedule that can’t be filled, so this policy helps protect my time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Failure to pay any outstanding fees or balances will result in being unable to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. Late Fee Policy If you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, a $25 late fee will be added to your service total. This helps keep appointments on track and respectful of everyone’s time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.
